ALL Custody Evaluations have to be calculated based on the circumstances of each party.
The Base Rate for the Custody Evaluation is $3000.00.

**The base rate covers
two (2) Adult parties
and up to three (3) minor children
under the age of fourteen (14)
{addition minor children
not covered,
add $75.00 per child)
All charges cover the research
and additional interview time. 

Children subject to the Evaluation between the ages of
(14) and  (18) must be
treated as adults for
background checks
(FBI and TDPRS
(Texas Department of
Protective Services)
Background Checks.
Age (14-18). $200.00 
Texas requires that all individuals that live in the home
over the age of fourteen (14)
need to be evaluated
for Criminal History
and TDPRS records. 
There is an additional
charge of $200.00 
for each addition person
FULL disclosure of all
parties must be disclosed
prior to signing the 
Evaluation Contract can be
drawn up for signature. 

In a Custody Evaluation,
unlike other Divorce processes,
There is NO personal relationship between the Evaluator
and the parties. 
The Evaluator must remain neutral
and to do so they need to
limit the ex parte communication.
